Our client, a leader in industrial machinery, is seeking a Field Service Technician to join their Service Department. In this role, you will support customers across the region, serving as the primary technical contact for their powder coat machine systems.
This position is designed for an independent professional who thrives in a hands-on environment. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of field service work, from installation and troubleshooting to preventative maintenance. The role requires significant autonomy, as you will manage your own schedule and travel up to 90% to customer sites, often overnight. Success in this position relies on your ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly while maintaining high standards of customer service.
