About the Role

This position is designed to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of heavy equipment and overhead cranes, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and diesel systems. Beyond technical diagnostics and repair, the role involves implementing preventative maintenance programs and mentoring junior mechanics as needed.

In this role, you will interpret diagrams, schematics, and service manuals to establish accurate work procedures. You will be responsible for inspecting and repairing components such as hoists and various systems to ensure optimal performance. The position requires managing assigned tools and equipment, identifying replacement parts, and completing all required documentation accurately and promptly. You will work within the physical scope of the role, adhering to company driving guidelines, safety standards, environmental regulations, and quality policies.
