The Metro Practice Development Manager serves as a strategic partner to high-value healthcare providers across the specialty industry. In this field-based role, you will conduct in-person visits to promote CareCredit, driving product adoption and engagement while supporting providers in achieving their financial goals. You will own a defined book of mid-to-large practices, prioritizing accounts and crafting practice-level strategies to meet credit utilization metrics within your assigned territory.
This position is ideal for a consultative sales professional who thrives in the field. You will engage directly with office staff, doctors, and owners to ensure a clear understanding of the CareCredit suite of financial products. Your day-to-day involves identifying growth opportunities, enrolling new providers, and managing existing relationships to scale usage. By leveraging data-driven insights and maintaining a profound knowledge of the healthcare specialty landscape, you will help providers capitalize on growth while satisfying their customer needs.
