We are a national company with over 50 years of business history, currently seeking Field Operations Associates to support inventory and store operations throughout the Buffalo region. This role is designed for individuals seeking a stable job with steady hours, weekly pay, and clear room for advancement. It is an ideal fit for candidates with backgrounds in warehouse work, retail, stocking, logistics, merchandising, production, delivery driving, or general labor.

This is an active, hands-on position similar to warehouse or route-based roles. You will work with a small field team at various store locations, counting and verifying inventory, using handheld equipment, and supporting inventory accuracy inside convenience stores and stockrooms. The work involves traveling to scheduled sites, completing simple reports, and maintaining high attention to detail.

Travel & Schedule Expectations

This is a regional field-based role requiring daily travel within a 3-hour radius of Charleston, SC. Locations are provided well in advance via the schedule.

Start Times: Most shifts require you to be on-site by 6:00 AM. Depending on the assigned location, this may require waking up as early as 3:00 AM.

Mileage: An average weekly mileage reimbursement is provided. Commute time over 30 minutes is paid.

Flexibility: While most shifts are weekday-based, occasional overnight travel may be required.
