About the Role

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be a vital, resident-facing member of our team, responsible for performing high-quality, cost-effective maintenance work within single-family rental homes. This role is designed for a dedicated learner with a drive to excel, offering the opportunity to join a supportive work-family that values excellent service and a fast, friendly approach.

You will be assigned a company vehicle and travel between homes in a geographic region (preferred in the Ruskin Area) to deliver timely and professional maintenance service. Your day will involve interacting daily with our customers, ensuring their living experience is positive while upholding all company operational and safety policies. You will play a key role in the evolving single-family home rental industry by maintaining top-quality homes and serving residents with passion.

Requirements

verifiedHigh School diploma or equivalent
verifiedMinimum one year of previous experience in property management maintenance or related experience
