We are dedicated to making an impact by building quality homes, providing exceptional customer service, and giving back to the communities in which we work and live. Our mission is to create an extraordinary experience for our Homeowners, Communities, and Associates while fostering a culture of opportunity and growth throughout their careers.
The Field Customer Care Representative is a key member of the Lennar Customer Care Team, serving as the vital link between our homeowners and the resolution of their warranty and service needs. This role exists to ensure that every homeowner's concern is addressed through hands-on evaluation and rigorous investigation. You will be the face of Lennar in the field, conducting on-site inspections and homesite visits to verify warranty coverage and identify root causes of issues.
In this position, you will manage complex, multi-trade cases that demand strong construction knowledge and the ability to coordinate scheduling, materials, and trade partners. Your day will involve proactive communication with homeowners, internal teams, and external partners to ensure timely and effective issue resolution. From troubleshooting minor construction issues on-site to overseeing detailed scopes of work, you will ensure compliance with Lennar's warranty policies, building codes, and best practices. This role also includes participating in after-hours on-call rotations to expedite emergency repairs and assisting with customer touchpoints like New Home Celebrations.
At Lennar, we are committed to fostering a supportive and enriching environment for our Associates. We offer a comprehensive array of benefits designed to enhance well-being and professional growth, including robust health insurance plans (Medical, Dental, and Vision), a 401(k) Retirement Plan with a company match, and Paid Parental Leave. We also provide an Education Assistance Program, adoption assistance, and significant Home Purchase Discounts. From the moment of hire, Associates enjoy generous vacation, holiday, and sick leave policies, alongside unique opportunities like the Everyone's Included Day.
