Lennar is one of the nation's leading homebuilders, recognized as a Fortune 500® company and consistently ranked among the top homebuilders in the United States. We are dedicated to making an impact by building quality homes, providing exceptional customer service, and giving back to the communities in which we work and live. Our mission is to create an extraordinary experience for our Homeowners, Communities, and Associates by fostering a culture of opportunity and growth throughout their careers.
This role offers a career with purpose, built on making dreams come true through the construction of zero-defect homes, rigorous cost management, and strict adherence to schedules. As a Land Coordinator, you will serve as a vital administrative partner, providing support to department managers and coordinating the complex logistics of land acquisition. Your work ensures that land opportunities are tracked, maintained, and evaluated with precision, bridging the gap between internal teams and external partners like escrow and title companies, brokers, attorneys, and consultants.
At Lennar, we are committed to fostering a supportive and enriching environment for our Associates. We offer a comprehensive array of benefits designed to enhance well-being and professional growth, including robust health insurance (Medical, Dental, and Vision), a 401(k) Retirement Plan with a company match, and Paid Parental Leave. We also provide an Education Assistance Program, adoption assistance, and significant Home Purchase Discounts. From the moment of hire, Associates enjoy generous vacation, holiday, and sick leave policies, alongside unique opportunities like the Everyone's Included Day. We believe in investing in our Associates, empowering them to thrive both personally and professionally.
Lennar is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local fair employment practices laws. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background.
