About the Role
As a Commercial Construction Project Manager, you will serve as the primary leader for the construction project, developing, coordinating, and managing all facets necessary to deliver on time, within budget, and to the specified quality. You will act as the vital liaison between project team members, promoting the interests of both the business and our clients while demonstrating the characteristics of a mid-level leader. This role requires you to foster positive relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and vendors, approaching all situations with a customer service-oriented attitude.
In this position, you will not only execute complex projects but also coach and train assistant-level operations team members. You will collaborate closely with project superintendents and site operations teams throughout the life of the project, ensuring that job processes, safety standards, and quality controls are rigorously maintained. Your day-to-day impact involves nurturing existing client relationships while developing new ones, ensuring that we continue to create extraordinary experiences for everyone we serve.

Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma required

- verified5+ years experience in commercial construction
