Every day, our team members do amazing things in pursuit of our shared purpose to build trust with our clients, partners, subcontractors, and teammates. No matter your background, education, or career path, if you share our vision to create extraordinary experiences, you belong at HITT. We value a respectful, inclusive workplace where everyone has the opportunity to succeed.
The Commercial Construction Project Executive is a strategic leadership position designed to effectively manage both small and large-scale projects from discovery and design through to development and implementation. This role goes beyond standard project management duties, serving as the primary architect for project success while upholding HITT's rigorous standards of safety and quality.
In this capacity, you will lead the preconstruction and RFP package efforts, negotiate complex contract terms with clients, and drive the acquisition of new work while maintaining existing relationships. You will act as a knowledge holder and leader, facilitating decision-making processes and coaching assistant-level operations team members. The role requires a deep commitment to the "HITT Way," ensuring that every interaction with colleagues, clients, and vendors reflects our core values of integrity, continuous improvement, and customer service.
HITT Contracting is committed to hiring and developing the most qualified individuals based on job-related experience, skills, and merit. All employment decisions are made without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic.
HITT Contracting is an equal opportunity employer. We maintain a drug-free workplace consistent with applicable local, state, and federal laws. In accordance with Washington's Senate Bill 5123, initial hiring decisions are based on drug screenings non-inclusive of cannabis, except for positions requiring federal background investigations, security clearances, or those identified as safety-sensitive (including safety professionals, superintendents, project managers, MEP/QC professionals, project engineers, and construction interns).
