About the Role
As a Fashion Area Team Leader in our Retail Operations department, you will lead a dedicated team within the fashion department, driving exceptional guest service, sales performance, and merchandising standards. This hands-on role is designed for a leader who thrives on managing daily operations, staffing, and visual presentation to ensure shelves and racks are full, priced correctly, and visually appealing.
In this position, you will serve as the bridge between store leadership and the sales floor. You will coach and develop team members, resolve customer concerns with professionalism, and partner with leadership to execute promotions and seasonal resets. Your day-to-day impact will be felt through fostering an inclusive culture focused on teamwork and ensuring the fashion department operates as a clean, safe, and organized space that meets company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
