Founded in 1978 with a single clinic in Seattle's South Park neighborhood, Sea Mar has grown to become Washington's largest provider of community-based, comprehensive health care. Today, we operate over 38 medical clinics along the Puget Sound, dedicated to serving underserved and diverse communities. Our mission drives every aspect of our work, seeking providers who are as committed to our cause as we are to theirs.
As a physician at Sea Mar, you will provide primary medical care services to our patients, working collaboratively within a team-based care model. Your role extends beyond individual patient visits; you will help organize and direct preventive health programs, including immunization and disease detection activities, and lead educational initiatives for patients and community groups. You will also participate in clinical affairs, partnering with administrative personnel, the Medical Director, and the Chief Medical Officer to continuously improve the patient care experience.
We offer a supportive environment with a robust ancillary staff, a dedicated medical assistant per provider, and a 3-month on-boarding and ramp-up period to ensure your success. You will work with the Epic EMR system and have the opportunity to engage with a diverse, friendly team of compassionate, mission-driven providers.
Sea Mar Community Health Centers is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse workforce that reflects the communities we serve. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
