About the Role
We are seeking a Supervising Family Medicine Physician who thrives in direct patient care and takes pride in mentoring Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants. This role is unique in its blend of clinical practice and leadership; you will provide full-scope outpatient Family Medicine while utilizing protected administrative time to oversee the development and supervision of our APP team.
As a key clinical leader, you will help develop and implement medical aspects across our Reproductive Health Services, Family Practice, Prenatal, and Pediatrics programs. You will work closely with fellow Supervising Physicians to drive operations and quality improvement, ensuring the effectiveness of our patient care delivery. Your influence will extend to the monthly Clinician Council, where you will collaborate with other physicians to solve operational issues and guide the strategic development of the medical department.
The Team & Culture
You will join a collaborative interdisciplinary team that includes behavioral health, nursing, and social services. Our clinic features onsite specialists in GI, Podiatry, and Pediatrics, with OB/GYN, Dermatology, and Endocrinology expanding soon.
