The Family Medicine Department at the Peppertree Clinic in Phoenix is part of this mission-driven organization. The team operates with a unified vision: to create an environment where physicians, care teams, and staff can do their best work, ensuring patients receive the highest quality care. The department is supported by onsite social workers, access to clinical pharmacists, and excellent behavioral health resources.
We are seeking highly patient-centric physicians to join our Family Medicine Department in an outpatient-only setting. This role offers a balanced schedule with Monday through Friday hours, excluding evenings and weekends. Physicians can choose between working four longer days or five regular days, dedicating 36 hours to patient-facing care and 4 hours to administrative tasks. The typical caseload averages 18 to 24 patients per day, with a call schedule of 1:8 or 1:9.
Beyond clinical duties, this position offers a unique academic appointment at Creighton University School of Medicine in Phoenix. Physicians will have the opportunity to teach medical students, physician assistant students, and other learners. There are also avenues to engage in both sponsor and investigator-initiated research projects. The role is designed for those passionate about providing clinically excellent care within a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Candidates must possess an MD or DO degree, be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, and have completed an ACGME-accredited residency. Applicants must have or be eligible for Arizona State medical licensure and be able to achieve full, unrestricted hospital and surgical privileges at Dignity Health Arizona hospitals.
