About the Role

We are seeking a PRN Primary Care Physician to join our team in Lynnwood, Washington. This role is defined by a team-based approach where each provider is part of a "pod" integrating MD/DO, ARNP/PA, RN, and MA support. These pods are empowered to adapt quickly to local needs, ensuring coverage when a provider is out of the office.

You will practice within an integrative primary care model featuring embedded pharmacists, social workers, and psychiatrists to provide focused consultations and address social, emotional, behavioral, and environmental needs. The role offers the opportunity to work side-by-side with medical specialists, with access to over 30 specialties within VMFH and the ability to text-page on-call colleagues.

VMFH is a teaching environment with regular opportunities to precept medical students and residents. We offer a formal mentorship program for new providers, intermittent physician coaching, and access to monthly professional staff meetings and weekly Grand Rounds. Our culture promotes innovation through the Virginia Mason Production System, offering physician champion roles to allow leadership within the primary care department.
