Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide outpatient family medicine care to patients
- check_circleTeach medical students, physician assistant students, and other learners
- check_circleMaintain full and unrestricted hospital and surgical privileges
- check_circleParticipate in sponsor and investigator initiated research projects
- check_circleSecure and maintain Arizona state medical licensure
- check_circleCollaborate with onsite social workers and clinical pharmacists
Requirements
- verifiedMD or DO Degree
- verifiedBC/BE in Family Medicine
- verifiedCompletion of an ACGME accredited residency
- verifiedMust have or be eligible for Arizona State medical licensure
- verifiedAbility to achieve full and unrestricted hospital/surgical privileges at Dignity Health Arizona hospitals
Nice to Have
Prior experience and academic output for an open rank academic appointment at Creighton University School of Medicine; involvement in sponsor and investigator initiated research projects.
