Join a collegial team of primary care providers at a thriving outpatient clinic just minutes from the ocean. This physician-led organization holds an exceptional reputation and operates with a "well-oiled machine" efficiency, supported by experienced staff who take pride in their work. The clinic utilizes Epic EMR, Dragon, and an innovative AI program for notes, ensuring a streamlined workflow.
Physician autonomy is a core value here, not just a buzzword. You have 100% control over your daily patient volume, with no minimum production thresholds and no caps on your earning potential. Current physicians are eager to welcome a new partner and are happy to provide mentorship.
