Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) powers the world's most demanding workloads, from industry innovations to life-saving care. Our mission-critical data centers operate across regions and continents, ensuring 100% uptime for billions of users. We are a technically rigorous environment where disciplined execution, operational excellence, and continuous improvement are foundational to protecting customer trust and driving long-term capacity growth.
You will serve as a guardian of our electrical infrastructure, working directly with switchgear, UPS systems, batteries, generators, and complex power distribution networks. This role exists to ensure the continuous health of our facilities, supporting 24/7 operations where reliability is non-negotiable.
In this position, you will independently support, inspect, and troubleshoot critical electrical assets. Your day will involve performing advanced root cause analysis on power quality issues, reviewing maintenance records to identify risks, and coordinating with engineering teams and vendors to execute upgrades and retrofits. You will also provide field guidance to less experienced technicians, fostering a culture of safety and operational discipline. This is a hands-on role requiring you to interpret complex one-lines and schematics while maintaining a strong safety mindset in an industrial environment.
This position is located onsite in Saline, Michigan, and requires U.S. citizenship. Relocation assistance may be available in accordance with Oracle's policies. The role generally accepts applications for at least three calendar days from the posting date.
