About the Role
As the Facilities Operations Manager, you will oversee operations and maintenance support for a critical program, ensuring smooth day-to-day execution. This position serves as the operational backbone for the program, requiring you to work independently with moderate supervision while maintaining close contact with the Program Management Office (PMO).
In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of facility maintenance, from receiving and recording work requests to executing preventative and predictive maintenance programs. You will be responsible for maintaining prioritized schedules, managing the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), and driving process improvements through best practices. The role demands high flexibility, including the ability to travel to third-world locations and address urgent facility issues outside of regular business hours.
