Key Responsibilities
- check_circleConduct building rounds and inspect life safety equipment for proper operation
- check_circleLead planning and execution of preventive maintenance projects
- check_circleTroubleshoot electrical circuits and replace light fixtures, switches, and outlets
- check_circleSupervise fire alarm panels and assist with fire drills and FDNY activations
- check_circlePerform plumbing repairs including unclogging drains and replacing fixtures
- check_circleOperate and maintain HVAC systems including boilers, pumps, and cooling towers
- check_circleExecute carpentry tasks such as drywall repair, painting, and flooring maintenance
Requirements
- verifiedUnderstanding of NYC Electrical Codes
- verifiedKnowledge of electrical systems
- verifiedTechnical knowledge of carpentry
- verifiedProficiency with power and hand tools
- verifiedIntermediate to advanced computing skills including MS Excel and M-Suite systems
