We are seeking a Facilities Instrumentation Engineering Owner's Representative to play a key role in delivering cutting-edge semiconductor manufacturing projects in Boise, ID. This is a high-impact opportunity to work at the heart of advanced manufacturing, partnering with a multidisciplinary team and key stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
In this role, you will act as the technical owner and advocate for the Instrumentation and Controls scope during the Tool Installation phase of semiconductor manufacturing equipment. You will provide engineering and design oversight for final hookups—including fire alarm, chemical controls systems, toxic gas monitoring (TGM) systems, and associated programmable logic controllers (PLCs)—while helping guide technical decisions in one of the most advanced industrial facilities in the world.

Engineer in Training (EIT) certification or Professional Engineer (PE) license. 2+ years of experience with semiconductor manufacturing tools (design, installation or cleanroom use). Field experience working directly with subcontractors and construction personnel. Familiarity with BIM/CAD tools such as Revit or AutoCAD. A forward-thinking mindset with desire to learn, innovate, and continuously improve.
