About the Role
We are seeking a Facilities Instrumentation Engineering Owner's Representative to play a key role in delivering cutting-edge semiconductor manufacturing projects in Boise, ID. This is a high-impact opportunity to work at the heart of advanced manufacturing, partnering with a multidisciplinary team and key stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
In this role, you will act as the technical owner and advocate for the Instrumentation and Controls scope during the Tool Installation phase of semiconductor manufacturing equipment. You will provide engineering and design oversight for final hookups—including fire alarm, chemical controls systems, toxic gas monitoring (TGM) systems, and associated programmable logic controllers (PLCs)—while helping guide technical decisions in one of the most advanced industrial facilities in the world.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or associated degree in mechanical or chemical from an ABET accredited university
- verified5+ years of experience in engineering design of industrial control systems
- verifiedStrong knowledge of International Fire Code (IFC), International Mechanical Code (IMC), UL, and IEEE standards
- verifiedExperience selecting and specifying electrical and controls equipment and systems
- verifiedProven ability to review vendor submittal against contractual and technical requirements
- verifiedEngineer in Training (EIT) certification or Professional Engineer (PE) license
- verified2+ years of experience with semiconductor manufacturing tools
- verifiedField experience working directly with subcontractors and construction personnel
- verifiedFamiliarity with BIM/CAD tools such as Revit or AutoCAD
