Key Responsibilities
- check_circleKeep printer areas clean and organized
- check_circleGather and empty trash and recycling throughout the facility
- check_circleAssist with meeting and event set-ups as needed
- check_circlePerform occasional assembly of office furniture
- check_circleClean and maintain facilities including lobbies, offices, break rooms, and hallways
- check_circleTrack and manage facility requests to ensure prompt response and completion
- check_circleAssist with equipment moves involving desks, tables, chairs, and printers
- check_circleOrder and restock office supplies, equipment, and kitchen items
Requirements
- verified2 years of related maintenance experience in an office setting
- verifiedAbility to lift up to 50lbs
- verifiedAdvanced experience with office equipment (copiers, scanners, fax machines)
Nice to Have
A minimum of 2 years of related maintenance experience in an office setting. Prior law firm experience.
