In this position, you will provide equipment, refrigeration, and HVAC maintenance, repair, and support to assigned service calls. You will drive independently to stores on a daily basis to perform preventive maintenance tasks, audits, and system repairs. Your role involves troubleshooting issues, replacing compressors and large motors, and navigating electronic control interfaces to maximize equipment performance.
Beyond technical execution, you will play a vital role in developing the knowledge, skills, and abilities of other technicians. You will coach, mentor, and train others in the use of control manufacturer software and assist skilled trade technicians in complex repairs. You will also communicate with store personnel regarding equipment usage and provide input to management on maintenance best practices.
