About the Role
In this position, you will provide essential equipment, refrigeration, and HVAC maintenance, repair, and support to assigned service calls. You will be the backbone of our operational continuity, ensuring our stores remain safe and functional environments for our customers and colleagues. Your work will directly demonstrate our core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
Your day-to-day involves driving independently to various stores to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot complex issues, and execute repairs on systems including compressors, large motors, and electronic controls. You will navigate electronic control interfaces, manage parts inventory, and communicate effectively with store personnel regarding equipment usage. Whether you are replacing components or maintaining company service vehicles, your role is critical to keeping our operations running smoothly.
