This position is dedicated to providing equipment, refrigeration, and HVAC maintenance, repair, and support to assigned service calls. You will drive independently to stores on a daily basis to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and execute repairs on systems, compressors, and large motors. The role requires navigating electronic control interfaces, maintaining accurate inventory of parts, and ensuring the safe operation of vehicles and powered industrial trucks.
Beyond technical execution, you will serve as a mentor and trainer for other technicians, providing input on maintenance best practices and coaching team members. You will communicate effectively with store personnel regarding equipment usage and collaborate in a high-paced environment to resolve customer and business issues with honesty and integrity.

Experience reading engineering drawings, manuals and schematics. Advanced technical training or related technical certifications. Supervisory experience. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. Ability to use control manufacturers' software. Demonstrated mentoring and training experience.
