About the Role
As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the face of the community, responsible for attracting and screening potential tenants while ensuring a smooth leasing process from inquiry to move-in. Your primary mission is to maintain high occupancy rates and foster positive relationships with both prospective and current residents. You will serve as the first point of contact, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in person, while conducting property tours and explaining lease terms and community policies with clarity and professionalism.
This role is dynamic and customer-focused, requiring you to balance sales objectives with exceptional service. You will actively participate in marketing events and outreach programs to maximize property visibility, staying informed about local rental market trends and competitor activities. Beyond the leasing floor, you will assist in organizing resident functions and collaborating closely with the property manager to uphold property standards and ethical practices.
Hiring Process
Candidates selected for this position will be expected to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum commitment of one to two weekends per month. The role is a full-time, career-track position designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple projects with composure.

Requirements
