About the Role

Valiant Residential is seeking a Housekeeper to join our maintenance and business management teams. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning vacant units in preparation for marketing and occupancy, as well as maintaining property common areas, offices, and model units. You will report to maintenance or the business manager and work closely with the maintenance staff to ensure properties are ready for new residents.

Your day will involve cleaning the property business office, restrooms, laundry rooms, model apartments, and common areas on a defined schedule. You will also make ready units for new move-ins, checking appliances and performing minor repairs such as changing A/C filters or inspecting bathroom tiles. The role requires operating carpet cleaning equipment and assisting with trash-outs, including moving heavy or bulky items. Throughout your shift, you will report maintenance problems to your supervisor and assist with inventory control, ensuring all business is conducted in accordance with company policies and safety guidelines.
