About the Role
As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the face of the property, responsible for attracting and screening potential tenants while ensuring high occupancy rates. Your primary mission is to provide exceptional customer service, guiding prospective residents through the entire leasing journey—from initial inquiry and property tours to negotiating lease terms and facilitating a smooth move-in. You will work closely with the Property Manager and team members to achieve leasing goals and maintain the highest property standards.
This role is dynamic and community-focused. You will stay informed about local rental market trends and competitor activities to maximize property visibility through marketing events and outreach programs. Beyond sales, you will serve as a key point of contact for current residents, addressing their needs and concerns promptly while effectively explaining community policies. The position requires a blend of sales acumen, organizational precision, and the ability to foster positive relationships with both new and existing residents.
Hiring Process
Candidates selected for this role will be expected to work at least one to two weekends per month and remain flexible for evenings and holidays as needed to support community events and resident needs.

Requirements
