About the Role
We are seeking an Experienced Inside Sales Representative to support pricing, quotations, and customer orders while developing long-term customer relationships. This role is ideal for an experienced inside sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.
You will serve as a key point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries via phone and email, generating quotations, and converting inquiries into sales orders. Beyond transactional support, you will provide technical product support, process complex order adjustments including returns and credits, and monitor inventory levels to communicate potential issues proactively. A significant part of the role involves resolving customer service issues and developing non-major and target accounts while collaborating closely with internal teams to monitor competitor pricing and products. Occasional travel may be required to support these objectives.
