About the Role
The Experience Consultant I at Park La Brea serves as a vital link between our internal Customer Service team and our residents. Located in the Miracle Mile area of Los Angeles, Park La Brea is a massive community of 4,249 units. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for inquiries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to a quality living experience.
Your day will involve responding to a wide array of resident needs, from in-person service and maintenance work orders to parking, storage, and file audits. Success in this position requires a positive and respectful delivery in all communications, as these interactions form the foundation of long-term relationships with our residents. You will proactively assist residents by providing thorough information and assistance, ensuring that standards of excellence are consistently achieved within the customer service team.

Requirements
- verifiedBS/BA degree or equivalent level of training and work experience

- verifiedProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- verifiedProficiency in RealPage or other property management software
- verifiedKnowledge and direct experience with customer relationship management software
