About the Role
As a Specialty Sales Executive Team Leader, you will lead a team of consultants to create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience. No two days are ever the same, but your typical day will involve holding team leaders accountable for exceptional guest experiences, reviewing metrics to identify gaps, and celebrating wins. You will drive total store sales by demonstrating how your department contributes to profitability and lead your team to deliver on store sales goals.
This role is designed to provide meaningful experiences that help you build and develop skills for a career. You will manage multiple businesses, balance team member expertise, and leverage competitor insights to drive business objectives. You will also be responsible for recruiting, selecting, and talent managing hourly team members and leaders, while creating a culture of accountability, inclusivity, and ethical conduct.
