The Executive Sous Chef is a pivotal leader responsible for overseeing culinary staff and developing solutions that meet rigorous production, presentation, and service standards. In this role, you will apply advanced culinary techniques to food preparation while managing the final presentation and service of every dish. You will act as a coach and mentor, creating a shared understanding of goals and rewarding team achievements. Your day involves interacting directly with guests to build rapport, executing team meetings and daily huddles, and ensuring the integrity of the Aramark food offer through strict adherence to quality and safety standards. This position requires a deep understanding of the end-to-end supply chain and the ability to aggregate regional culinary trends to drive innovation.
