Key Responsibilities
- check_circleManage profit and loss, submit annual budgets, and ensure departmental compliance with budget guidelines
- check_circleOversee daily operations, financial performance, and employee leadership at the community level
- check_circleOversee payroll administration, accounts payable, and ensure timely collection of accounts receivable
- check_circleMonitor safety procedures, investigate incidents, and maintain fire drills and disaster plans
- check_circleEnsure full compliance with OSHA regulations, state/federal laws, and assisted living facility licensing
- check_circleRepresent the community in public settings and build relationships with community leaders and professionals

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Administration, Gerontology or related field preferred
- verified2–5 years General Manager/Administrator experience preferred or 5–10 years Senior Living, Hospitality, Skilled Nursing with 5 years at management level
- verifiedValid driver's license
- verifiedValid license to operate an assisted living facility if mandated by the State
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Administration, Gerontology, or other course of study that relates to service to the elderly. 2 – 5 years prior General Manager/Administrator experience.
