About the Role
The Consumer Lender is a pivotal role responsible for the end-to-end management of routine consumer and residential loans. You will guide applicants through the entire lending lifecycle, from initial solicitation and needs assessment to underwriting, negotiation, and closing. This position requires a blend of analytical rigor and interpersonal skill to evaluate financial conditions, assess risk, and structure loan terms that align with both customer needs and the Bank's credit culture.
Beyond loan processing, you will act as a business developer, instilling a positive sales environment and cross-selling the Bank's diverse products and services. You will represent Whitaker Bank at various community, civic, and reinvestment functions to enhance our market position and image. Your day will involve a dynamic mix of customer interactions, financial analysis, and collaboration with Senior Management and the Loan Committee to ensure sound lending decisions.

Requirements
