About the Role

As a Property Manager in San Francisco, you will play a vital role in ensuring our properties run smoothly while delivering exceptional experiences to residents and owners. This position is designed for a seasoned professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and is comfortable managing a large, dynamic, and diverse portfolio of multiple properties.

Your day will be a constant blend of operational leadership, financial stewardship, and community building. You will serve as the primary liaison between 2B Living, property owners, tenants, and vendors, bringing a working understanding of local laws to support leasing and compliance. Whether you are preparing budgets, overseeing capital improvement projects, or resolving complex tenant issues, your goal is to maximize NOI and maintain excellent asset value. You will lead leasing initiatives, coordinate property tours for stakeholders, and foster a culture where smart spending and efficient maintenance drive results.
