About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Executive Director / Administrator to lead the day-to-day operations of our Assisted Living / Residential Living Community. In this highly visible leadership role, you will foster a warm, nurturing environment that enhances the quality of life for both residents and team members. You will oversee all aspects of community operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations while driving excellence in care, culture, and performance.

Requirements
