As the Executive Director, you will serve as the Administrator of the entire home health provider, responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations. In this role, you will act as a vital liaison with management staff and other departments throughout the company. You will coordinate projects to support immediate and long-range objectives, ensuring the agency's philosophy and goals align with applicable state and federal regulations. Your leadership will be instrumental in enhancing agency profitability while motivating and retaining a qualified staff to assure the highest quality of services delivered.
Candidates are required to pass a drug test before beginning employment. The selection process evaluates qualifications against the specific needs of the agency and the broader LHC Group standards.
