As the Executive Director, you will serve as the Administrator of the entire home health provider, responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations. You will act as a liaison with management staff and other departments throughout the company, ensuring that administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies assure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations. This role is designed to challenge you with clear direction on what it takes to succeed while providing development opportunities for other roles you may be interested in.
