About the Role
As the Executive Chef, you will be the culinary heart of our senior living community. This role goes beyond meal preparation; it is about crafting a positive dining experience that directly impacts residents' well-being. You will lead the dietary team in developing seasonal menus that balance nutritional needs, therapeutic requirements, and resident preferences. From managing food costs to orchestrating holiday meals and themed dining events, your work ensures that every plate contributes to a resident's happiness and health.
