About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hospital Cook to join our Nutritional Services team. This role is integral to patient care, going beyond traditional food preparation to directly support healing and recovery. The Hospital Cook collaborates closely with clinical and dietary staff to prepare meals that meet physician-ordered diets, therapeutic nutrition plans, and strict food safety standards.
You will be a vital link in the care continuum, preparing and serving meals to hospital patients, guests, and staff, including snacks for in-house catered events. Your day involves reading and interpreting menus and diet orders, following departmental policies for food receiving and storage, and ensuring all work surfaces and equipment are meticulously cleaned. We are looking for a team player with a passion to serve others who takes pride in their work.

Requirements
