About the Role

As the Executive Chef, you will lead the culinary vision for our hotel, driving guest satisfaction and market growth through innovative, high-quality cuisine. This role is pivotal in shaping the dining experience, ensuring every dish reflects our commitment to exceptional flavor, presentation, and creativity. You will serve as the primary liaison between the kitchen and the Hotel General Manager, overseeing all aspects of food production, cost control, and team development.

Your day-to-day involves more than just cooking; you will curate seasonal menus, conduct taste panels with Food & Beverage leadership, and manage the entire lifecycle of our culinary offerings—from sourcing and ordering to final plating. You will foster a culture of excellence by training, mentoring, and motivating a diverse team of sous chefs and culinary staff, ensuring they meet rigorous standards while maintaining a positive, professional work environment.
