As the Executive Chef, you will lead the culinary vision for our hotel, driving guest satisfaction and market growth through innovative, high-quality cuisine. You will serve as the primary liaison between the kitchen and the Hotel General Manager, overseeing all aspects of food production, cost control, and team development.
Your day-to-day involves more than just cooking; you will curate seasonal menus, conduct taste panels with Food & Beverage leadership, and manage the entire lifecycle of our culinary offerings—from sourcing and ordering to final plating. You will foster a culture of excellence by training, mentoring, and motivating a diverse team of sous chefs and culinary staff, ensuring they meet rigorous standards while maintaining a positive, professional work environment.
