As the Executive Assistant to the CFO, you will serve as a strategic partner to the Chief Financial Officer and the Director of FP&A within the Office of Finance. This role is designed to ensure a seamless work environment by providing high-level administrative, technical, and project support. You will coordinate the general flow of documents, ensuring quality and accuracy, while utilizing advanced technical skills to prepare presentations and spreadsheets.
In this position, you will act as a primary liaison, fostering solid relationships with outside consultants, internal employees, executive staff, board members, and other business associates. You will be responsible for planning and executing specialized projects, recommending improvements to administrative workflows, and managing complex schedules. Your day-to-day impact will be felt through your coordination of meetings, communication with Audit and Finance Committee board members, and the preparation of critical correspondence and reports for the CFO's review.
