This Executive Assistant position serves as a central support resource for a senior leader and their practice team, acting as a critical integrator to connect work streams that might otherwise remain siloed. You will function as the primary communicator linking the practice team, clients, and the broader organization, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional client service.
In this role, you will manage complex calendars across multiple time zones, proactively monitor matter-related deadlines, and coordinate high-stakes events. Your day-to-day involves liaising with internal departments and external vendors to handle travel logistics, meeting scheduling, and administrative workflows. You will also play a key role in legal support by preparing background materials, drafting legal documents, and maintaining client minute books and files.
The position requires a high degree of autonomy and discretion. You will represent the attorney and the firm in all client interactions, handling sensitive matters with professionalism and diplomacy. Success in this role demands the ability to prioritize competing issues, manage projects with little supervision, and adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment.
