The Executive Assistant serves as a central hub for the Honors College, coordinating a broad range of activities and facilitating seamless communication among faculty, staff, campus units, and external partners. This role is critical to the Dean's operational success, managing a complex calendar that includes direct and shared reports, various committees, advisory boards, and high-level university meetings with the President and Provost.
Beyond calendar management, the Executive Assistant acts as the HR Liaison and Search Committee Coordinator, guiding candidates through the interview and onboarding process. The role also provides vital advancement support, coordinating meetings with alumni and donors, managing the Foundation Account, and assisting with the Dean's external communications and thank-you correspondence.
