This Executive Assistant position serves as a highly visible, participative, and hands-on partner to the VP/GM Dispensing and other members of the leadership team. As the primary administrative liaison, you will bridge the gap between senior management, external stakeholders, and their assistants. This role is designed for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and is eager to leverage modern productivity technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to enhance efficiency and elevate the quality of executive support.
You will be responsible for synthesizing complex information into concise executive briefings, managing competing priorities, and ensuring leaders have the necessary information to navigate their days effectively. The role involves a significant focus on adopting emerging administrative technologies to streamline workflows, from calendar planning and travel coordination to document drafting and meeting preparation. By applying sound judgment and validating AI-generated outputs, you will help leaders operate with greater agility and precision.
