Key Responsibilities
- check_circleExecute events by following detailed sheets, timelines, and service agreements
- check_circleSet up and break down Happy Carts, booths, and food truck operations
- check_circleScoop and serve ice cream while maintaining presentation and temperature standards
- check_circleEngage guests with warmth and answer questions about flavors and ingredients
- check_circleOperate company vehicles and food trucks safely with pre- and post-event checks
- check_circleHandle POS systems and process card transactions accurately
- check_circleMaintain clean, organized service areas and comply with food safety guidelines
- check_circleLoad and unload equipment and product weighing 50+ lbs
Requirements
- verifiedValid driver's license with clean record
- verifiedFood Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain before start date)
- verifiedAvailability for 15+ hours per week including evenings/weekends
- verifiedMust be 18+
Nice to Have
Previous food service or catering experience, experience driving larger vehicles or food trucks, experience working events, festivals, or high-volume environments, and experience in customer-facing roles requiring composure under pressure.
