About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join our Food & Beverage team as a Food & Beverage Partner. Serving as a frontline ambassador for Rock City Gardens, you will deliver memorable dining experiences that enhance each guest's visit. Whether assisting with quick snacks or full meals, this role plays a vital part in supporting daily food operations while upholding our Culture of Excellence.
You will work across all Rock City Gardens food and beverage locations, preparing and serving food in accordance with established recipes and quality expectations. Your day will involve operating the Point-of-Sale system, maintaining strict food safety and sanitation standards, and ensuring work areas are properly stocked and organized. Success in this role requires the ability to engage guests, promote menu items, and collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
