The Assistant Manager serves as a vital partner to the General Manager, ensuring the restaurant operates efficiently, safely, and profitably. When the General Manager is not present, the Assistant Manager acts as the person in charge, upholding the highest standards of food safety, compliance, and customer service.

You will be exposed to typical restaurant conditions, including heat, cold storage, wet surfaces, and cleaning chemicals. The role demands physical stamina, as you will be standing and walking for the majority of the shift, frequently reaching, bending, and lifting items ranging from light supplies to heavier equipment. The ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs is essential in this environment.
