About the Role
The Assistant Manager serves as a vital partner to the General Manager, ensuring the restaurant operates efficiently, safely, and profitably. This role is designed for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about developing people and delivering exceptional guest experiences. When the General Manager is not present, the Assistant Manager acts as the person in charge, upholding the highest standards of food safety, compliance, and customer service.
You will be the face of the team during shifts, driving the execution of our core values: Integrity, Loyalty, Winning, Service, and Teamwork. From coaching team members and managing daily operations to resolving customer issues and controlling costs, your work directly impacts the success of the restaurant and the satisfaction of our guests.
Work Environment
This position requires working in a dynamic, high-energy setting that includes both indoor dining areas and outdoor spaces such as the drive-thru and lot. You will be exposed to typical restaurant conditions, including heat, cold storage, wet surfaces, and cleaning chemicals. The role demands physical stamina, as you will be standing and walking for the majority of the shift, frequently reaching, bending, and lifting items ranging from light supplies to heavier equipment. The ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs is essential in this environment.
