Acting as the leader in the absence of a General Manager, you will oversee designated shifts, ensuring seamless execution of restaurant initiatives while driving guest satisfaction and team coordination. During peak hours, you will work at the front of the restaurant, guiding the team to deliver a high-quality guest experience. Your day involves a blend of operational oversight, team development, and direct customer engagement. You will foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful work environment, uphold strict food safety and hygiene protocols, and manage profitability by controlling costs and ensuring brand standards are met. Whether troubleshooting equipment issues, coaching team members, or resolving guest concerns, your goal is to maintain a welcoming and efficient dining experience.
Hiring Process
Candidates selected for this role will undergo shift control training conducted directly at the restaurant. This training is verified by both the General Manager and the District Manager to ensure readiness for the position.
