About the Role

The Signia by Hilton Diplomat Beach Resort stands as one of the region's most compelling destination meeting resorts. With over 200,000 sq. ft. of meeting and event space, oceanfront ballrooms, open-air terraces, and a newly opening event lawn in 2026, we are perfectly placed between Miami and Fort Lauderdale. We pair striking venues with strategic service and industry-leading design.

We are seeking a dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting and supporting several Catering & Event Managers within the Catering and Events department. You will be the face of our events, handling phone calls, emails, and greeting clients in a professional, courteous manner. Your day will involve organizing and prioritizing duties, creating essential documents like BEOs and floor plans, and coordinating site visits. You will work closely with affiliate groups to ensure we meet and exceed client expectations, solving problems and making decisions that deliver high-quality service.
