About the Role
We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a team of happy, friendly foodies. This role is about more than operations; it is about fostering a culture where food is our love language. You will be responsible for driving results while ensuring every team member feels supported and every guest feels like a friend.
In this position, you will master every position in the restaurant before teaching others, ensuring you remain comfortable in the kitchen and skilled at ordering and inventory. You will act as a strong coach, giving effective feedback to grow the team every day. Success in this role requires a humble attitude, eager to learn from our dynamic, growing restaurant group, and the ability to build genuine relationships with both guests and team members.
